What People's Say About Place

I've eaten at alot of Halal Restaurants, and this outshine them all, Ali was very kind and courteous, he showed genuine enthusiasm in making us food, the little patio area outside was very cozy, and made it feel like a restaurant, not to mention the food was absolutely outstanding, you could tell that it was made with care, I don't think either of us took a single breath once we started eating, and when we left, Ali told us how grateful he was for us coming to his food truck. If I could give you more stars I would my friend. ~Augie & Buddha

I been eating from this food truck for 2 and half months now, food always fresh and fire the guy who run it super nice and got good vibes every time. best food truck in Austin fr, I tell everyone to try it

Was in Downtown Austin and trying to find a food truck to eat at. Couldn't find anything on Google so decided to ride by UT and hit the Drag. Until I stumbled on this GEM. Prices were Reasonable and the food was DELICIOUS will MOST DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN.

Got in late for work trip, closest place that was open, always a little worried I'm going to get punked when I walk to a food truck...got a combo rice plate with chicken and gyro (they were very accommodating when I professed my ignorance if there was a difference between gyro and lamb); it was delicious. I am not a "salad" person but even I was compelled by the delicious and crisp portion in my plate (crisp at 11pm!). If you are a spice person you will probably want extra spicy sauce, but the portion was more than worth the money and the food was great.

USA HALAL is an absolute gem and a must-stop if you’re visiting Austin, TX! The food here is incredibly delicious and packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and super fresh. My husband and I ordered the beef plate (#4), which comes with rice and a side salad, and the combination was just perfect. The freshness of the salad paired with the savory beef and fluffy rice made for an amazing meal. One thing to note: the food does take a little while to prepare, so be patient. It’s all made fresh, and you can really taste the difference. If you're in a rush, I’d recommend ordering ahead, but honestly, the wait is totally worth it. We’re already planning to stop by again on our way back to Houston. Highly recommend checking this place out.You won’t be disappointed!

Being a chef and knowing what it takes to run a truck let alone by yourself; this place is awesome! This man does everything alone and stays open late, is Very polite, and gives you lots of food for a good price. My girlfriend and i got the combo shawarma plate and its was super flavorful and hearty. You could easily save half but you’re not gonna want to put it down

"I recently had the pleasure of trying out a local food truck, and it was an absolute delight! The menu was small but packed with flavor, offering a range of creative dishes that combined fresh ingredients with bold, unique flavors. I tried their signature taco, which was loaded with perfectly seasoned meat, fresh veggies, and a tangy sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The portion size was generous, and the food was served hot and fast. It's clear that the chefs here take pride in their craft, delivering gourmet quality at a street food price. If you're looking for a quick, delicious bite on the go, this food truck is a must-visit!"

Pretty good. Combo fries and the gyros shawarma wrap. I don’t know much about it but it seems to practice some USA food traditions. The gyro meat was phenomenal. The chicken meat on the fries just didn’t compare to the gyro meat.
